Change Blue Box Content

The blue box in the middle of the content area (highlighted in red) is for marketing or emphasizing important information.  It contains two distinct parts, an area for content and an optional area for links.  Within the blue box itself is where you place a Rich Text Widget to display content.  Above the blue box is an area to place a Link Widget which appears as a stylized button.
