If you create content in another software tool (i.e. - Microsoft Word, Google Docs, etc...) make sure you use the Paste from Word button on the ribbon to post the content within the page.  The icon looks like a clipboard with a "W" on it.

Clicking the Paste from Word icon will open a popup allowing you to paste directly from Word.  This popup will process the content and strip out the non-HTML code that Word adds behind the text - cleaning it up for website use.

Once you have the text entered, you can do several things to format it:
  • Emphasize it with Bold and/or Italics
  • Justify the alignment to Right, Left or Center
  • Insert a Hyperlink
  • Add Number or Bullet lists
You can also apply preformatted text style options using the Styles drop down.  Simply highlight the text you wish to format and choose an option.  The options labeled Head Lvl are all safe to use and should provide plenty of formatting for every need.
Note: There are a few additional styles included that should not be used for the body, or used only in special cases.
