There is an area next to the A-Z menu where up to TWO links can be placed as buttons (highlighted in red).
To edit an existing link button, click the gray gear icon and choose the
Configure widget option from the drop down menu.

If there is no existing button, click the icon with three orizontal lines on the left, just under the large banner image and choose the
Add new widget option from the drop down menu.

On the widget selection popup find the Link widget and click on it to select it.

With the correct widget highlighted, click the green Select button to configure it.

After the widget configuration popup loads, enter the
Link text you would like to appear on the button.

Next, enter the Link URL or click the Select button to choose the page for the link.

When the link selection popup loads make sure you are on the Content tab and scroll through the list on the left to find the link for the button. (Note: you can also use the Web tab for exernal links.)

Once the appropriate page is selected, click the green Select button to apply the changes to the widget.

After the link selection popup closes, click the green Save & Close button to apply the changes to the page.

Once the widget configuration popup is gone and you are back on the page, click the green Save button to commit the changes to the page.

Click the Check in button when you have finished updating the page.

Don't forget to
submit the page for publishing when you have finished making all your updates.
