Once you have configured your VCCS gmail account to forward to your CVCC email account, you can confgure a rule to move all email sent to @gmail.vccs.edu to a folder you create and name.
Within Outlook or Outlook Web Access:
- Right-click on the email sent to @email.vccs.edu
- Hover over "rules" and select "Always move messages to:@gmail.vccs.edu--this selection will bring up a dialog box that will allow you to select and/or create the folder to move the messages into.
- Select "New" and provide the name of the folder that will hold your VCCS gmail--maybe "VCCS gmail" and click "Ok".
