Sara Jarret is creating a Signup Genius for volunteers online and there will be tables set up where volunteers will register people as they arrive and collect the Waiver and Release forms. Information will be emailed to everyone by Dr. Muriel Mickles for Mary Canfield. Volunteers participating will have their hands stamped upon registration. The working area will be roped off.
Lunch and snacks will be provided for the volunteers. There will be grilled hot dogs provided by the Cultural Diversity Committee. They will give $200 towards the food. Culinary Arts has volunteered to provide dessert. The Part-time Association is to provide drinks and snacks. CSA volunteers will be providing side items.
Raffle tickets are free to each volunteer. There will be prizes given away (various gift cards to local eateries, massages, wall climbing).
