New Business

History Day will be March 23.  International Day is scheduled for April 12 and Art Day will be April 19.  Friday, March 8 will be a reception for the renowned artist David Eaken.  This reception will be held during spring break but there was no other available weekend.

A discussion was held about another trip to Staunton.  A Sunday matinee, April 7 at 2 p.m. was chosen as the date for the trip.  The play will be “The Country Wife” a Restoration Era Comedy.
Two vans will be rented and 40-45 tickets will be purchased.  More details for the trip will be provided later.

Leftover funds were discussed.  An art display case similar to the one in Campbell Hall could be purchased for upstairs in Merritt Hall.   This is an item that has long been needed in Merritt Hall.

Respectfully submitted
