The meeting was called to order by Cindy Wallin at 1:00.
At the last meeting the committee developed a list of issues they would like to have addressed. A survey listing all the issues was created and committee members were asked to rank the items in order of priority.
Based on her review of the survey results, Cindy sorted the items to be addressed into 2 groups. Sub-committees were formed and will begin working on the first group of items

Import Issues – items that received the highest level of priority.  Names of those willing to serve on a sub-committee addressing those concerns are noted below.

Lecture Capture: Deborah Bauer, Jim Bell, Donna Hobbs, Susan Beasley
Faculty/Staff Training -  more information is needed
BYOD – Policies/ Apps/Virtualization: Donna Hobbs, Jim Bell, Marci Brown, Wil Perez
Computer Labs (Student Use/Sluggishness): John Lofaso, Jim Bell, Brent Lester
Direction of Collaborate

Other smaller Items – items that received lower level priority rating.  Names of those willing to serve help address those concerns are noted below.

Dissemination/installation of Widescreen/Dual monitors
Roll out of Windows 8 & Office 13 – Deborah Bauer
Student login & storage
Replacement cycle for technology

Additional discussion items:
Print management was brought up as an item that could save the college money. Single log-in for students would be needed for this but the functionality is not yet available.
Computers in various computer labs, as well as the Student Success Center, are very slow.  Jim Bell, John Lofaso, and Brent Lester will draft a letter to David Lightfoot outlining the concerns and the rooms they know are problematic. A report of the findings and recommended solution will be expected at the next meeting.

 Meeting was adjourned at 2:00
