Old Business: Review & Approval of minutes from the May 21^st meeting
Annalee Bondurant moved, and Kimberly Williams seconded, and the minutes were approved as written.
Old Business:
We need to get volunteers for some of the committees. Annalee Bondurant volunteered to be on the Social Committee. Linda Roberts volunteered to be on Student Success. All the others are filled except we still need someone for Facilities and Finance, Financial Aid Appeals (open-no meetings) and we need someone for the Annual Budget (open-fill in the spring). Please let Sarah Jarrett know if you are interested in filling one of the empty spots.

Committee Reports:

• Presidents’ Cabinet (Sarah): They are focusing on retention.
• Social Events (Linda) The end of the year luncheon was a huge success! We had nothing but good comments.
• PR & Marketing (Kris) They are wrapping up all surveys, and there is a new Kiosk at the mall for CVCC.

Habitat for Humanity – Saturday, September 14^th. We will be helping the Classified Staff Association with this event. More information closer to the date.
We hope to host another Coffee and Trivia again this year. More information to follow. We like the idea of doing another Pizza fundraiser sometime in the Spring. We also discussed having some special speakers at some of our meetings.
Finally, here are the dates for our upcoming meetings. They are a little different then which was first posted. All are on Wednesdays starting at 1:00 P.M.
 September 18, October 23, December 4, February 19, March 19, and April 22. Summer meeting TBD. Linda Roberts moved and Michel Mavinga seconded approval for the revised meeting dates.
